Henry

Henry is one of the cats that came into the care of Abbey Cats and Compassion For Paws from the recent hoarding situation. He immediately stood out because Henry has a funny little front paw that flips back and forth, as though he's trying to decide between two things. It's a congenital issue - doesn't slow him down in the slightest - and doesn't require any treatment. It's just part of his quirky charm!

Henry was in rough shape on arrival, but just a few days in and he's looking much better! He has been bathed twice so that his white fur gleams and his little cow spots really shine! He was neutered and had his ears cleaned - such adventures!

Henry is probably about 4 years old.He is good with other cats but suspicious of dogs and he is still learning to trust humans.

Henry needs a patient home that understands that he has been through terrible times. He is shy and afraid and just starting to allow himself to enjoy affection. He needs someone who will let him blossom on his own terms and let him become the sweet, well adjusted cat that I know he can be.
