Lexie is a sweet, affectionate cat who is a bit shy at first.
She was surrendered to Abbey Cats and placed in a single adult foster home which she is doing very well in.
She has had three litters of kittens but is in very good health.
After arriving at her foster home, Lexie went into hiding for a while.
Now that she feels safe, she likes to alternate between relaxing on her own and following around her foster parent for attention! At night, she would prefer to have the bedroom door open as she gets lonely.
Lexie enjoys playing alone, and also likes to explore the house or look out the window.
Lexie loves being brushed and petted, she is also quite curious, and needs to be taught what can or cannot be climbed.
Lexie is a timid cat at first, but becomes quite clingy and attention seeking once she's comfortable.
No amount of attention ever seems to be enough for her.
This makes her foster parent think she is a bit lonely as the only cat, so she would likely enjoy having another cat of similar quiet and gentle temperament.
She would love a home with lots of attention..
